From the call log record you can:
Generate a printer friendly report of call details for the Engineer to take with them to resolve the call Email User with latest updates create multiple event records change the call status re-assign and close calls (if Operator permitted) add/view attachments and script information (button only appears if there is info) add follow up diary reminders. Set fix time (if recharging applies) check the box to include this call in the Knowledge Base
All changes get written to the Call Events log with date time and Operator id
